What will my responsibilities be?
You’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining antennas throughout your assigned region. You’ll need to have your own reliable transportation, as well as a valid driver’s license. You will also occasionally be required to stay overnight at installations so you should be prepared for that.
There may also be some overtime opportunities, particularly during major sporting events. Most importantly, you should love physical work; sometimes you might end up on a roof on a hot summer day with no water or shade. This can go on for hours. How long is the probation period?
Generally, probation periods last between 90 and 180 days. However, some companies have probation periods lasting up to six months. During your probation period, you’ll be under constant scrutiny. Your manager will be watching you intently to see how well you work with other team members,
